2016 SICC 2016 Display Day at Tenafeate Winery
After a successfull event last year on Sunday the 18th September SICC returned to Tenafeate Winery for their display day thank you to all who made the journey on what was an unpredictable day with the weather, congratulations to our winners Carman Rossi, Rino Ditroia and Tony Calabro - a thanks also goes out to everyone that helped on the day. – full story in the upcoming magazine.

SICC Pasta Night at the Marche Club
After a few years absent from attending the traditional Friday night Pasta Night at the Marche Club it was great to see SICC members come back and enjoy a wonderful evening. The evening started with a platter of antipasto. The main was various types of pastas and sauces all washed down with a glass of red, and finally a platter of delicious Italian cakes and the traditional espresso while listening to live music. 2016 SICC Membership renewal and vehicle inspection
Sunday June 26th A big thank you goes out to Rino of the Motorossi workshop for once again allowing SICC members to gather there for our clubs membership renewal and logbook certification. It was a cold, but fine winters Sunday morning SICC members steadily arrived and they enjoyed the free barbeque, eggs, bacon, hash browns, coffee, orange juice and the good company of others while having their cars looked at, and renewing their membership for another year. Also thank you to members David and Daniela Cirroco for the wonderful Romanian Donuts, and last but not least thanks to all the members that helped on the day. – full story in the upcoming magazine.

May 15th and SICC head out to Café Astros, for some delicious greek cusine, so lovely to see new faces and some old faces, many thanks to club member Rino Ditroia for suggesting the venue, everyone throughly enjoyed the food and there was plenty of it.

SICC Thank You to members BBQ breakfast 2016
SICC gather at the usual location Tower Hotel to begin the cruise to Mitcham, our distination for the club breakfast. Our journey would take us through the beautiful Adelaide environs. The Club barbeque at Mitcham Park was well attended even though the day was a little warm we still had a good day, a bacon, eggs and hash browns breakfast. SICC go to Lobethal Bierhaus ooooooooooo Sunday May 17th the SICC head of to the Lobethal Bierhaus, starting from our usual spot the Tower Hotel, some members gather to start the wonderful drive through the Adelaide hills and take in the beautiful colours that appear at this time of the year.Upon arrival to this very popular venue more fellow SICC members arrive to have the wonderful cusine and the sample the beer whis is the Bierhaus. Auto Italia Adelaide 2014 OOOOO Sunday 2nd November - It has finally arrived Adelaides largest gathering of Italian cars bikes and scooters - the weather could not have been scripted any better, the Campbelltown City Soccer Club pitch was bathed in a sea of many colours from all the beautiful Italian Machinery - Congratulations to Rino Rossi for taking out this years people's choice award and a huge thank you to all the SICC members that helped support this event.-Full story in the upcoming magazine. SICC visit Lincoln Nitschke aviation museum 00000 Sunday the 14th September - What a beautiful spring day absolutely perfect weather for drving with the top down for those that were able to. SICC visit Old Tailem Town ooooo Sunday, 17th August turned out not to be too cold a day, so some of us braved the elements driving with the rag top down. 2013 SICC Christmas Dinner
SICC had its Christmas Party and a what a great evening it was. There were decorated tables and what a buffet,thank you Joe from the European catering it sent the evening off to a good start. Our resident DJ Wayne Fricker was playing Italian hits of the past and present, later we were entertained by the Duo Philipo & Thomas on the piano accordion.Then I believe it was Tina Turner that had everyone stomping with her rendition of Nutbush which had the joint was jumping. - Full story in the upcoming club magazine. photos have been loaded.

Thank you very much to everyone that attended the November 3rd Auto Italia Day at the Campbelltown City Soccer Club Stradbroke Rd, weather picture perfect. 2013 Observation Run
We arose on Sunday morning to some pretty threatening weather but left the house determined to see our annual observation run come to pass. We skipped breakfast, as we usually did on such occasion, to prepare ourselves for some “on the road” treat that we would discover along the way. 2013 Presidents Lunch
The Scuderia Italian Car Club along with the Alfa Romeo Car Club of SA visited Primo Estates Winery. For a change we all met at the Burnside town hall, the weather looked a little threatening but that did not deter the 60 odd people from braving the elements which in the end turned to be not too bad, after al it is winter. It was time to leave and one by one we all left the car park and made our way through the Adelaide Environs which at the moment are filled with those wonderful winter colours. – full story in the upcoming magazine - Photos have been loaded

2013 Italian Carnevale
WOW! for those that attended like myself, what a wonderful weekend it was at the Adelaide Carnevale, the music was playing, the atmosphere was electric, the fantastic Italian food flavours were coming out of our ears we were so full. Beautiful cars were everywhere, especially at our display, and apart from the sea of red Ferrari's when you walked in, there were so many colouful Italian vehicles on display throughout all the clubs that attended. Hours and hours were spent on cleaning and preparing cars for this event, and although all the car ducos were so highly polished, nothing shone brighter than Gino himself from our car club! He was in his element, talking to anyone that walked past our display, he had people coming in and out of Ricks Fiat for photos, faster than the Ferrari owners could run when a golf ball went bouncing in-between their cars! - Full story in the upcoming magazine.

What a fantastic turn out to our first Auto Italia Adelaide, the weather was absolutely perfect. The Campbelltown soccer ground was bathed in a sea wonderful Italian cars and motor bikes of different colours shapes and sizes something truelly amazing to see. Well done to all that participated. It was dubbed the 'not the first Sunday of the month run', but its official name was the SICC 2012 Observation run, starting at our usual departure point the Tower Hotel carpark. The day began bathed in beautiful sunshine, the carpark soon began to fill and the organisers began proceedings with cars leaving at one minute intervals. This time for the first Sunday of the month run the SICC meet up at the Target Newton carpark a little later than usual, (but that ok it is winter). The morning was cold, but that didn't stop the forty plus turning up and heading to Birdwood talking in the beautiful sights of chain of ponds, cutting through to Gumeracha then onto Birdwood. Well this year SICC tried its hand at ten pin bowling the venue was the AMF Bowling Center located on the corner of Cross and Goodwood Roads. Rumor has it that everyone had a fun time. 2012 SICC Cruise to Bent Creek Vineyard McLaren Flat - Photos have been loaded
The SICC gathered at our usual meeting spot the Tower Hotel car park for the first Sunday of the month cruise for June, heading for McLaren Flat, Bent Creek Vineyard. The weather looked threatening and did begin to sprinkle a bit as we made our way up the Norton Summit Road through Uraidla, Piccadilly, Stirling, Meadows, Kangarilla and into McLaren Flat. 2012 SICC at the Gepps Cross Kartmania Annual Challange - Photos have been loaded
The SICC gathered at the infamous track at Gepps Cross Kart Mania for our annual kart challenge. Once again this year we saw new challengers to compete for the prestige no.1 status and the trophy. 2012 SICC Easter Members Barbeque What a beautiful morning, great start for the SICC Easter Barbeque. Our resident cooks Dom and Tony arrived early to secure we had the best spot. With the barbeque setup, the cooking in full swing and the people beginning to arrive early I could tell it was going to be a great day, so many people, even invited guest from the Fiat 500 club. Members shared coversation, so many laughs, so many wonderful stories. Full story in the upcoming magazine. 2011SICC at the Hectorville Catholic Community Fair 2011- Photo's have been loaded
Well SICC ended the year with an invitation from the Hectorville Catholic primary school to have us put some of our cars on display for the fair that they were holding. This year the Scuderia Italian Car Club did something different and instead of having a barbeque had their Christmas dinner at the recently renovated Rezz Cafe' (the old Resorvoir Hotel). This was SICC's first appearance at the Cars Rock at Rostrevor College and judging by the turn out probably wont be the last. The weather began a bit not knowing what it wanted to do, but by early afternoon had decided yes its sunshine time. This year's Show 'n' shine was no different to our previous ones, well attended, and may I also add many beatifully presented and maintained Italian Classics. Prestige Formula made a guest appearance and provided the yet to be released Fiat 500 Convertible Abarth Esseesse certainly attracted a lot of attention and no one was disappointed, as for the day it was full of great conversation ,stories and a little sampling of the local produce fun day for all - full story in our next magazine.
2011 Russel's Pizza of Willunga
On Saturday, 20th August, Club Members met for a Pizza Night at Russell's of Willunga, and what a place that is. Expecting the usual Pizza eatery your Club Members Christa and Michael Wapler made their way down to Willunga with the instructions that Russell´s is somewhere on the High Street. Rolling into town we cruised up High Street – which, it must be said – is not overly endowed with street lighting and in quick succession found the pub, the chemist, several banks, an art glaziers shop and then we were quickly out of town, making our way up Willunga Hill.- Full story in our next issue of the club magazine. 2011 SICC Pasta Night at The Marche' Club
